Joseph Stromayer, an artist from Gunnison, CO, grew up spending time painting with his father, an art professor at Western State University, in his art studio, with the beautiful view of the mountains in Gunnison Valley as his backdrop. His exposure to art from an early age encouraged Joseph to practice his father’s craft. Joseph has struggled with addiction in his life, and he believes in spreading the message of love to those struggling with addiction or loss. He hopes that his artwork will inspire hope or at least brighten someone’s day
